DSS
August 24, 2017. Spruce Knob, 4,800 ft. Clear, transparency above average. SQM 21.7. 16" F/4.5, 8 mm Ethos. Arp 293. NGC 6285 is a stubby CCW "S" with an EW bar. -86 is an edge-on or bar (NE-SW) with a detached star cloud or enhanced edge of asymmetric halo running S from middle of the line between nucleus and star E.
Arp 208
SDSS
August 24, 2017. Spruce Knob, 4,800 ft. Clear, transparency above average. SQM 21.7. 16" F/4.5, 8 mm Ethos. Arp 208. Very unequal double NW-SE (MCG+8-31-10 and -11). 3 stars W, 2 S. Close double star immediately W, pointing at equally faint star between it and W-most of the 2. S component of star pair brighter. W of it, repeated glimpses of MCG -9, pointing just S of the S-most of the 3. Somewhat uncertain.

Arp 282
Arp 282. SDSS.
Arp 282, IC 1559. 199 Mly. August 1, 2017. Spruce Knob, 4,800 ft. Clear, calm, dry. 60 F. Transparency average, seeing good. SQM 21.9. 16", 330x. Miniature Whale and Pup. Bright star in field. Widely separated star cloud on axis to the E forms a broad isosceles triangle with faint star to the NE of core.
Arp 130
Arp 130. SDSS.
Arp 130, VV 263, IC 5378. August 1, 2017. Spruce Knob, 4,800 ft. Clear, calm, dry. 60 F. Transparency average, seeing good. SQM 21.9. 16", 330x. Main core round next to two stars. Companion glimpsed repeatedly but remained difficult. Orientation glimpsed once. Companion slightly inward of the line defined by the stars, widely separated from core on edge of common halo.
Arp 46
Arp 46 field. SDSS.
Arp 46, VV 314. August 1, 2017. Spruce Knob, 4,800 ft. Clear, calm, dry. 60 F. Transparency average, seeing good. SQM 21.9. 16", 330x. In nearby UGC 12667 two arms point at two stars, one opposite.
